How quickly can you respond to a plumbing emergency?
We run emergency service 24 hours a day across the Capital Region, and our average response time on emergency calls is under 60 minutes. When you call, a person picks up rather than an answering machine.
Do you offer free estimates, and what does a service call cost?
Written estimates on planned and larger projects are free. For an active problem that needs diagnosing, a service call fee applies: plumbing diagnostics start at $125 and drain cleaning service calls at $350. You hear that fee before we come out, and the price for the work itself is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the Capital Region within roughly 50 miles of our shop in Averill Park, including Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, Colonie, East Greenbush, Latham, Guilderland and Niskayuna. If your town is not on the list, call and ask.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every Trinity plumber is licensed, insured and background-checked, and we carry liability insurance and workers compensation coverage.
Do you work on Navien tankless water heaters?
Yes. We are Navien service specialists, trained and certified to install, repair and maintain every Navien tankless model.
